Teacher Preferences and Attitudes About Pay and Compensation Reforms: Implications for Reform Implementation

This paper describes research designed to shed additional light on how teachers feel about different pay and incentive reforms.

Improving the Selection of Teachers: Is Decentralization Enough? (PDF)

Measuring School Productivity: Educational Return on Investment (PDF)

In this poster session, we are incorporating a cost component into school performance measurement in order to measure school productivity, and are doing this by using a return on investment tool.
