  • Robin Lake was a featured presenter at the National Charter School Resource Center conference, "Transforming Urban Public Education: Exploring the Potential of City-Based Strategies," May 12 in New Orleans. Ms. Lake moderated a panel entitled "Building a Pipeline of High-Quality Charter Schools." View the agenda here.

  • Paul Hill presented the keynote speech at the Seattle Rotary Club "Winners for Life" luncheon event, March 23, 2011. Find out more here.

  • Robin Lake presented "What Research Tells Us About Charter Management Organization Success," during a NACSA webinar, Tuesday March 8, 3pm Eastern. Find out more here.

  • CRPE and the U.S. Department of Education convened a two-day conference to help districts implementing school choice under the Department's Voluntary Public School Choice program. The meeting drew together current grantees with district and charter leaders and school choice researchers to share current knowledge on how to effectively implement district-wide choice systems.   • Paul Hill presented new ways of looking at productivity and innovation to the Kansas/Missouri Superintendents Forum, Thursday October 7. The event was hosted by the Kauffman Foundation. You can watch the video here.
