Allison Demeritt is a PhD student in Sociology at the University of Washington and has been with the Center on Reinventing Education for three years. Her research interests focus on institutions and organizations, governance and management, and finance mechanisms.
Prior to entering graduate school, Allison served as a public finance analyst for an investment bank, a product manager at Amazon.com and a research fellow at a Washington State policy organization. She holds an A.B. from Princeton University and a M.A. from the University of Washington.
