Robert Reichardt has a PhD from the RAND Graduate School and his MPP from the University of Maryland. Reichardt was previously Executive Director of the Alliance for Quality Teaching (AQT) and, before that, a Senior Researcher for the regional education laboratory; McREL. He authored the 2006 report on teaching in Colorado for AQT and is one of the leading authorities on teacher preparation, teacher quality and teacher performance in Colorado. Reichardt also teaches at the School of Public Affairs.
