Elizabeth Cooley Nelson

Elizabeth Cooley Nelson is a Research Analyst at the Center on Reinventing Public Education, working on the District-Charter Collaboration Compact project. Prior to joining CRPE, Elizabeth was in the Office of Portfolio Planning at the New York City Department of Education, where she helped open new schools. She has also worked at the Center for American Progress in Washington, D.C. Elizabeth holds a B.A. in Political Science from Rhodes College and an M.P.A. from the University of Washington.
