Unique Schools Serving Unique Students (EVENT)

On May 24th, the Center on Reinventing Public Education and DC Special Education Co-operative hosted a discussion on findings from Unique Schools Serving Unique Students: Charter Schools and Children with Special Needs (Robin Lake, editor). The panelists provided examples of innovative practices as well as specific recommendations for policy action, technical supports, and further research to promote more widespread adoption of the special education practices seen in effective charter schools.
