Paul Hill will be a key issue speaker at the 2nd Annual International School Choice and Reform Academic Conference, presented by the Journal of School Choice.

A key focus of the conference will be the international character of school choice in the twenty-first century. Independent schools, magnet schools, virtual schools and governmental funding/vouchers will all be discussed on an international, comparative basis.

Hill's keynote address on Saturday, January 19 will provide insights on optimal policy design for school choice programs.
