Next Generation Finance Study: Maximizing Resources for Student Success and Sustainability

Blended learning schools (BLS) leverage technology freeing resources to invest in long sought after but rarely funded initiatives, such as spending more time on small group or one-on-one instruction. Little is known, however, about how much BLS cost to start and operate. In this session we present our initial findings from a cost analysis that is based on a national sample of 30 BLS, including 20 Next Generation Learning Challenges (NGLC) Wave IIIa grant recipients.
